The Moldex 2485 Smart FFP2 Valved Respirator provides respiratory protection against hazardous fine dusts and water- or oil-based mists and aerosols in suitable workplace environments. Designed for industrial, engineering, manufacturing and maintenance applications, it combines FFP2 filtration with an exhalation valve to help reduce heat and moisture build-up inside the mask.
Moldex ActivForm® 3D technology allows the respirator to adapt automatically to the wearer's facial contours and movements, helping provide a secure fit without a nose clip. The soft nose seal and skin-friendly inner fleece layer support wearer comfort, while the DuraMesh® structure helps the mask retain its shape. An adjustable strap and clip make it easier to put on, remove and wear around the neck during breaks.
Classified FFP2 NR D and tested to EN 149:2001+A1:2009, this non-reusable respirator has passed the Dolomite clogging test. Select respiratory protection following a suitable workplace risk assessment and ensure correct fit. Supplied in a box of 20 respirators.
