The Moldex 2535 Smart Active FFP3 Valved Respirator provides high-efficiency respiratory protection against harmful and toxic fine dusts, fumes, and water- and oil-based mists and aerosols. Its activated carbon filter layer also provides relief from nuisance odours and low concentrations of certain gases, including ozone below the Workplace Exposure Limit (WEL). The Moldex ActivForm® 3D design adapts automatically to the wearer's facial contours, helping provide a secure fit without the need for a nose clip. The DuraMesh® structure helps the mask retain its shape, while the soft inner comfort fleece and nose cushion support comfortable wear. The Ventex® exhalation valve helps reduce heat and moisture build-up inside the respirator. An adjustable woven strap and convenient clip fastening make the mask easy to fit, remove and hang around the neck during breaks. Tested to EN 149:2001+A1:2009, the FFP3 NR D respirator has passed the Dolomite clogging test and is intended for single-shift use. Supplied in a box of 10 respirators.
Respiratory protection must be selected following a suitable workplace risk assessment. The activated carbon layer does not replace appropriate gas protection where hazardous concentrations are present.
