Guhring 6720 CR 100 Kevlar End Mills are solid carbide, diamond-coated cutting tools designed for machining abrasive fibre-reinforced composite materials including Kevlar/aramid, CFRP and GFRP. The ultra-fine grain carbide construction and diamond coating provide high wear resistance for demanding composite machining applications.
The 6720 features a drill-point geometry, making it particularly suitable for plunging and subsequent milling operations. The straight-fluted, multi-edge design is developed for clean, controlled machining of composite materials while helping to minimise delamination.
