Free Delivery is available to the UK.
Express48 delivery is free on UK mainland orders over £100 (excluding VAT), some bulky items may carry a discretionary charge due to size or weight. In the event of there being an additional charge you will be contacted by a member of our team to advise you of this, your order will not be processed until confirmation is received that the delivery charge is accepted.
Express48 delivery to some locations in the Scottish Islands and Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland are subject to a fixed delivery charge.
Delivery and dispatch
Any delivery option must be placed before 11:00am to ensure delivery within stated timescale.
Delivery will only be sent out complete (unless otherwise agreed with the sales team), this may mean your order is not dispatched if one or more items have longer lead times. Part delivery is possible however there may be an additional delivery charge, please contact our sales team for further information.
In some circumstances your orders may be larger than our current stock level, on these occasions we will either part dispatch your order with the balance to follow or hold it until it is complete, however you would be notified and kept up to date.

| expressVAN | Free | expressVAN is a free of charge option only available to credit account customers local to our main office. This service will only deliver to the original address linked to the account, additional addresses added to an account outside of the local area will be subject to charges. Delivery Address Details
When ordering via credit or debit card delivery address must match the invoicing address of the card. This is part of our 3G security to help protect our customers from fraud.

Bank Holidays and Christmas Period
We are closed for trading on bank holidays and during the Christmas period. No orders will be processed during this time. We do not guarantee deliveries will be dispatched in the days lead up to christmas and recomend contacting us on 01202 665544 for more information.
Overseas Deliveries
We currently deliver to UK mainland, Scottish Islands and Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland only. For the Scottish Islands and Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland the Express48 service is the only delivery option available.
