Screwdriver Insert Bits

A screwdriver bit is the replaceable working end that fits into a driver or drill. Instead of using a fixed screwdriver, you swap bits depending on the screw type.

  • Phillips (PH) – Cross-head screws, very common in general use
  • Pozidriv (PZ) – Improved grip cross-head, widely used in Europe
  • Torx (TX/T) – Star-shaped, used in automotive and machinery
  • Slotted (flat head) – Simple straight groove screws
  • Hex / Allen bits – Hexagonal socket screws
  • Security bits – Tamper-resistant designs for specialised fasteners
