Cutting Discs

Cutting discs also sometimes called cut-off wheels or slitting disc are abrasive discs designed for cutting through metal and other hard materials using tools such as angle grinders, chop saws, and bench-mounted cutting machines.

Predominantly used for mild steel, Stainless steel, Aluminium, Cast iron, Sheet metal, Steel sections, Pipes and tubing, Rods and bars these disc are widely used across nearly every industry and sector.

Thin cutting discs are typically 1.0–1.6mm offering faster cutting, less material waste, lower heat generation and are ideal for sheet metal and general fabrication. Standard cutting discs (2.0–3.2mm) are more durable, suitable for heavier sections and better resistance to side pressure. Stainless steel cutting discs, manufactured without iron, sulphur, and chlorine additives and prevent contamination and corrosion of stainless steel.
