The Moldex 2445 Smart Active FFP2 Valved Respirator provides FFP2 respiratory protection against hazardous fine dusts, fumes and water- or oil-based mists and aerosols. Its integrated activated carbon filter offers additional protection against ozone at concentrations up to 10 times the Workplace Exposure Limit, subject to the manufacturer's usage limits, as well as nuisance levels of certain gases and odours.
Moldex ActivForm® 3D technology adapts automatically to the wearer's facial contours, helping provide a secure fit without a nose clip. The DuraMesh® structure helps maintain the mask's shape, while the soft inner comfort fleece and flexible nose cushion support comfortable wear. The Ventex® exhalation valve helps reduce heat and moisture build-up, and the adjustable strap and fastening clip make the respirator easy to put on, remove and hang around the neck during breaks.
Classified FFP2 NR D and tested to EN 149:2001+A1:2009, this non-reusable respirator has passed the Dolomite clogging test. It is intended for single-shift use. Always select respiratory protection following a suitable workplace risk assessment and ensure correct fit. Supplied in a box of 10 respirators.
