The Moldex 2505 Smart FFP3 Valved Respirator provides high-level respiratory protection against harmful and carcinogenic dusts, fumes and water- or oil-based mists and aerosols in suitable workplace environments. Designed for industrial, engineering, manufacturing and maintenance applications, it offers FFP3 filtration for demanding respiratory protection requirements.
Moldex ActivForm® 3D technology automatically adapts to the wearer's facial contours and movements, helping provide a secure fit without the need for a nose clip. The DuraMesh® structure helps maintain the mask's shape, while the soft, skin-friendly inner fleece layer and flexible nose seal support wearer comfort. The Ventex® exhalation valve helps reduce heat and moisture build-up inside the mask, while the adjustable strap and clip make it easier to fit, remove and hang around the neck during breaks.
Classified FFP3 NR D and tested to EN 149:2001+A1:2009, the respirator has passed the Dolomite clogging test. It is non-reusable and intended for single-shift use. Select respiratory protection following a suitable workplace risk assessment and ensure correct fit. Supplied in a box of 10 respirators.
