The Moldex 3205 Air FFP3 Valved Respirators provide high-efficiency protection against hazardous fine dusts, fumes and water- or oil-based mists and aerosols. Designed for demanding industrial environments, these reusable respirators combine advanced AirWave® pleated filter technology with an ergonomic design to deliver effective particle filtration and comfortable breathing.
The AirWave® filter features an enlarged filtration surface to help maintain low breathing resistance during extended periods of use. Moldex ActivForm® technology allows the mask to adapt automatically to the shape and movement of the wearer's face, eliminating the need for manual nose clip adjustment. The DuraMesh® structure helps maintain the mask's shape, while the flexible nose seal supports a secure and comfortable fit.
The integrated exhalation valve helps reduce heat and moisture build-up inside the mask, making it particularly suitable for physically demanding work and warmer environments. Adjustable woven head straps support a secure fit, while the fastening clip allows the respirator to be worn around the neck when temporarily not in use. The reusable design supports use across multiple shifts when cleaned and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Certified to EN 149:2001+A1:2009, the Moldex 3205 meets FFP3 R D classification requirements and has passed the Dolomite clogging test. Supplied in a pack of 10 in medium/large size, these respirators are suitable for industrial applications requiring high-level reusable FFP3 particle protection.
