The Bibielle SCD Velcro Surface Conditioning Disc is a versatile non-woven abrasive designed for professional surface preparation, cleaning and finishing applications. Featuring a convenient hook and loop backing, these discs allow quick abrasive changes while delivering consistent performance across a wide range of industrial metalworking tasks.

Manufactured from a flexible non-woven nylon fibre structure impregnated with abrasive grain, the Bibielle SCD Velcro Disc provides a controlled cutting action while conforming easily to contours and irregular surfaces. The open-web design helps prevent clogging, reduces heat build-up and maintains a consistent finish throughout the life of the disc.

Ideal for use on steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other metals, the Bibielle SCD Velcro Surface Conditioning Disc is suitable for removing rust, oxidation, paint, coatings and light surface imperfections. It is also widely used for blending welds, deburring edges, cleaning surfaces and preparing components before painting, coating or further finishing.

The hook and loop backing system makes these discs quick and easy to fit, making them particularly suitable for random orbital sanders and compatible backing pads where efficient surface conditioning and finishing are required.
